How we work.

Four steps. No drawn-out discovery phase, no Slack channel that goes silent for a week. You talk to one person and they ship.

01

Discovery

A short call. You tell us what hurts and what you want it to look like. We tell you what's realistic in the time you have.

Timing30 minutes
02

Direction

We draft a few looks — usually 3 — and you pick one. Revisions until you're happy, no per-round fee games.

Timing3 – 5 days
03

Build

Domain, design, hosting, database, email. We set it all up under one roof so you're not chasing logins across five vendors.

Timing1 – 2 weeks
04

Care

Optional managed service after launch. Up to ten requests a month — copy changes, new pages, social posts, whatever moves the needle.

TimingMonthly, ongoing

A real offer, lightly redacted.

This is the actual note we sent to a recent client. Specific dollar amounts are blurred because they were a friends-and-family rate. The structure is real — and it's how we quote every project: plainly, with nothing hidden.

Engagement Note · Confidential

For Ricki — a transparent, flat-rate proposal.

I'm really happy to work together. I put this together for a fun project to work together and I appreciate your trust. Based on our email I've gone ahead and set up a domain, database, and domain registration based on your text responses.

I'm happy to be flexible and wanted to extend you a $3500 (Friends and Family) flat rate for design and as many revisions as it takes for you to be happy, plus registration and domain services. Hosting and database is a $500 flat one-time annual fee. I'll include a Substack integration on me when you set up a Substack account (a must, in my opinion), and email hosting is another $50 flat one-time fee which is waived.

Social media set-up and managed services is handled by a contractor for $199 a month — up to ten requests, all plus taxes — for new emails, new uploads, and promotions on the website. SEO services are priced individually. So $4200 all in: design, domain, URL registration, hosting, database, email, and cloud caching and performance services.

I wanted to be professional and put together something transparent and clean as basically an MOU.

I have set up your domain at rickitotherescue.com

The Studio · The Doc

Run by Professor Standish. Innovator. Builder. Architect of business constructs.

Founder · The Hunuuverse

Matthew Standish — Professor Standish around the studio — is the founder of Hunuu Health Inc., the predictive health AI platform, and the architect behind the broader Hunuuverse. A Ph.D. candidate in Health Sciences with two decades of enterprise technology under him (AT&T, T‑Mobile, and a string of his own companies), he treats every business he builds as a construct: a system designed end to end, from brand to product to operations.

Social Offer Squad is one of those constructs. It exists because too many founders pay agency prices for what an AI-assisted operator can ship in a week. The studio runs lean on purpose. You get the Doc on the call. Every call.

Read the full philosophy on transformation →

“Either you own the construct or you rent it. We build owners.”

Field Notes.

The Doc writes on AI, design, faith, fatherhood, and what gets learned in the room. Published from a phone via Substack. Propagated across the Hunuuverse.

Pulling the latest from Substack…

Part of the Hunuuverse.

An integrated ecosystem of AI-built services — designed, owned, and operated by one architect. Like Proton, Apple, or Adobe built theirs, except every product here shares one point of view because one person is behind the pen. Social Offer Squad is the room you’re standing in. Here’s the rest of the house.

Ecosystem Note for Investors & Partners

Hunuuverse companies share infrastructure, identity, and design language across every product. The same ecosystem strategy Proton, Apple, and Adobe have used to compound value — one customer becomes a candidate for the others — with the operating advantage of one architect making aligned decisions across the entire stack. Social Offer Squad is both a service for outside clients and the in-house design language partner for the rest of the Hunuuverse.
